The heart of our quality control system is the innovative IM Series Instant Measurement System, which has truly revolutionized our inspection processes. This optical measuring device has replaced traditional measurement tools such as projectors, calipers, micrometers, measuring microscopes, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
Conventional 2D measuring tools were not only complex to operate but also time-consuming. The IM System changed everything – it performs up to 99 measurements on 100 parts in just one second. This allows us to monitor production quality almost in real time without slowing down manufacturing.
Most importantly, the system eliminates the risk of human error. Measurements are fully automated, and data is collected automatically, generating precise inspection reports. With measurement accuracy within ±2 micrometers, our components meet even the most demanding quality standards.
The IM System is used to measure a wide range of components – from springs and turned parts to plastics, rings, gears, caps, and threaded elements.
